The DeLanne 20-T1 was designed as a test aircraft for the tandem wing layout proposed for the Arsenal-Delanne 10 fighter. Two examples were built, the first of which crashed, killing the test-pilot. The second DeLanne 20-T1 completed the tests satisfactorily, after which the results were incorporated in the Arsenal-Delanne 10 .
