Japanese Aircraft Carrier Chigusa Maru

Chigusa Maru was a Yamashio Maru class auxiliary escort carrier operated by the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. She was converted from an oil tanker. Chigusa Maru was sunk in 1945 before being completed. The ship was repaired as tanker in 1945 and scrapped in Sasebo in June 1963.
