SNCAC NC.410 Floatplane Torpedo Bomber

SNCAC NC.410 Floatplane Torpedo Bomber

Designed as a floatplane torpedo bomber for the French Navy, the SNCAC NC.410 was originally designed by Farman as the F.410. With the nationalization of the French aircraft industry, Farman became part of SNCAC and the F.410 was redesignated the NC.410.

Initial flight tests were undertaken with a wheeled undercarriage, but this was later changed for floats.

The French navy changed the requirement from a floatplane to a land plane for the torpedo bombing role, resulting in no orders for the NC.410.
