Curtis P 40 was an American single seat single engine from World War II it was built in large numbers and used by the USAAF, RAF many Commonwealth countries and other Allies.
Depending on the model and the user it was not very slowly as Hawk, Tomahawk, Warhawk, or Kittyhawk.
