This plastic scale model of the Republic RP-43D was completed as (A56-5) of No. 1 Photo Reconnaissance Unit RAAF. A56-5 was written off in a crash at Coomalie Creek in December 1942. Painted using Humbrol 98 chocolate and 149 dark green for the upper surfaces and White Ensign Models RAAF sky blue for the under surfaces.
