HMS Patroller was an Ruler-class (Bogue-class in the US Navy) escort carrier in the Royal Navy during the Second World War. Laid down in 1942 at the Seattle-Tacoma Shipbuilding company, and originally named USS Keweenaw (CVE-44) Patroller was launched on 6 May 1943 and assigned to the United Kingdom 10 June 1943.

During the remainder of war, she served the Royal Navy as an aircraft transport with several voyages for the US Navy and Army. Converted to a troop ship in November 1945, HMS Patroller then ferried British personnel home.

HMS Patroller was the final CVE returned to the United States Navy on 9 December 1946. On completion of her conversion to a merchant cargo ship, she was operated by the United Dutch Shipping as the S.S. Almkerk. She was sold in 1969 to the Thai Hwa Navigation Corp., Panama and renamed Pacific Alliance. In 1974 she was sold for scrap and was broken up in Taiwan beginning in February of that year.
