Messerschmitt Me 410B

The Messerschmitt Me 410B was similar to the Me 410A but replaced the pair of 7.92 mm MG 17s with 13 mm MG 131 machine guns. Originally planned to have more powerful engines, these were not available so the DB 603A or DB 603AA engines of the Me 410A continued to be used.

• Me 410 B-2 heavy fighter with MK 103 30mm cannon
• Me 410 B-3 reconnaissance
• Me 410 B-5 long range maritime strike with torpedo shackles and increased fuel capacity by the bomb bay and removing rear machine guns and adding FuG 200 radar
• Me 410 B-6 short range coastal strike with FuG 200 radar added to the B-1 airframe
