Sculpture by the Sea Bondi 2026
Running for two weeks and finishing on 2 November, Sculpture by the Sea Bondi 2026 was up to its usual high standard. This year there were over 100 sculptures spread along the 2 km route from Bondi to Tamarama Beach.
By far the easiest way to get there is public transport because parking is limited and costly. We caught the train to Bondi Junction with a connecting bus to Bondi Beach.
We arrived early, so avoided the crowds that build up later in the day. With fewer people around taking photos was easier. The walk is easy, although at Marks Point and Tamarama Beach there are stairs to negotiate. Along the way there are great ocean and coastal views as well as the sculptures.
After a great 4 km walk (2 there and 2 back), we had coffee at one of the many cafes opposite the beach.
