HMAS Brisbane (II) D41 was a Perth-class guided missile destroyer of the Royal Australian Navy. Commissioned in 1967 and decommissioned in 2001.  The bridge and one 5″ gun are preserved at the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.  The ship was sunk as a dive wreck off the Queensland coast.
